Delivery

In most cases your order will be dispatched the day it is received. You will be notified immediately if delays are expected with your order. We will notify you once we receive your order to advise expected delivery times.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard and payment is processed via PayPal. If you wish to pay by direct credit to our bank account, please contact us.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Returns

If you receive your product and it's not what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for you to return it to us and we will refund you.
